"Code 3" operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Diagnostics and Repairs are covered by The Code 3 Guarantee.
On-Site Diagnostics & Repairs (minimum 1 Hour): $150/hr
*Additional diagnostics time may be required for time-consuming or intermittent issues,
i.e. CAN network troubleshooting, parasitic draw testing, wire harness tracing, etc.
Programming Service Call: single module on one vehicle (includes all subscription fees): $200
Travel Fee: if vehicle location is outside of Taylor, Texas area: $100 / hour
*Example: if vehicle is 30 minutes from Taylor, Texas a Diagnostics Service call would be $150 + $100 = $250.
PHAD offers discounts for multiple diagnostic jobs performed during a single service call:
If the same vehicle has additional (unrelated) problems that need to be addressed, or if there are other vehicles on the lot to diagnose, each separate issue will be billed as a 1-hour minimum discounted labor charge ($120) per issue ($30 savings vs. separate service call).
